These Terms, and all other aspects of use of the Site, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Tamilnadu, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising with respect to this Agreement shall be adjudicated by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by Mayajaal. The written decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The arbitration proceeding shall be carried on and heard in Chennai, India using the English language and pursuant to the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any enactment of statute that may have amended or accordingly replaced the same. The arbitrator shall decide ex aequo et bono or as amiable compositeur. It is agreed that the Terms of Service is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications and other understandings relating to the subject matter of the Terms of Service and that all modifications, except as otherwise provided herein, must be in a writing signed by both parties.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Users and Mayajaal with respect to the Site and Users have not relied on any promises or representations made by Mayajaal, its agents or employees except as set forth herein.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.
